1. Who We Are

This Privacy Policy applies to Inphlox Water Systems Private Limited, trading as Indra Water ("Indra", "we", "us", or "our"), the operator of www.indrawater.com. We design, manufacture, and deploy water treatment technology from Maharashtra, India.

For questions about this policy or your personal data, contact us at contact@indrawater.com.

2. Data We Collect

Information you provide

  • Name, work email, phone number, company, and role details submitted through forms.
  • Project information such as industry, site location, wastewater source, flow rate, treatment details, timeline, reuse goal, and messages.
  • Files you choose to upload, such as water reports, images, spreadsheets, or related project documents.
  • Information you send by email, phone, social media, or other direct communication channels.

Information collected automatically

  • Basic server log data, including IP address, browser or device details, user agent, date and time, and requested pages.
  • Referring URLs and technical diagnostics needed to operate, secure, and troubleshoot the website.
  • If you accept analytics, interaction data such as pages viewed, clicks, scrolling, mouse movements, navigation paths, page performance, and session-replay and heatmap data.
  • If you accept analytics, pseudonymous identifiers and technical data such as browser, device, operating system, approximate location, referral source, and cookie information. Microsoft may process an IP address to provide and secure Clarity, but our Clarity reports are not connected to the contact details you submit to Indra.

3. How We Use Data

We use personal data for practical business and website purposes, including to:

  • Respond to inquiries, assessment requests, demos, proposals, and support needs.
  • Evaluate wastewater treatment requirements and prepare relevant commercial or technical responses.
  • Send product, service, hiring, event, or company updates where permitted or requested.
  • Operate, secure, debug, and improve the website and related infrastructure.
  • Comply with legal obligations, enforce our terms, and protect legitimate business interests.

We process inquiry and assessment information to respond to your request, take steps toward a possible contract, and pursue our legitimate interest in business communication. We use essential logs for our legitimate interests in security and reliable operation, and process data where needed to comply with law. We use Microsoft Clarity only on the basis of your consent.

4. Analytics and Cookies

We use Microsoft Clarity only to understand how visitors use this company website and to improve its content, navigation, accessibility, and technical performance. Clarity is optional: its script is not downloaded and it cannot set analytics cookies unless you actively choose Accept analytics or enable analytics in Cookie settings.

No advertising or individual customer profiling

We do not use Clarity for advertising, retargeting, sales scoring, or marketing profiles. Advertising storage is always denied in our implementation. We do not call Clarity's identity API, attempt to identify visitors, or connect Clarity sessions with form submissions, email addresses, phone numbers, uploaded files, customer records, or our CRM.

What analytics can show us

If you consent, Clarity can create heatmaps and pseudonymous session-level replays showing interactions such as clicks, scrolls, mouse movements, navigation, and page rendering. Clarity also processes technical information about the browser and device, referral data, approximate location, and pseudonymous cookie or session identifiers. This data is pseudonymous, not fully anonymous, but the reports available to our team are not deliberately linked to your real-world identity.

Contact details and form content

Standard input values are masked by Clarity, and we additionally mark our contact and assessment forms, uploaded-file areas, and request reference as masked. We do not deliberately send the name, work email, phone number, company, project details, message, or uploaded file you submit to Clarity. Those details are handled separately so that we can respond to your inquiry. Clarity is disabled entirely on the submission-confirmation page so that the request reference in its URL is not sent to Clarity.

Cookies, consent, and withdrawal

After consent, Clarity may use first-party analytics cookies including _clck and _clsk, along with Microsoft operational identifiers described in Microsoft's Clarity cookie documentation. Our consent tool stores only your analytics choice, its version, and the time of the choice in your browser's local storage for up to six months. This preference record is necessary to remember and respect your choice; it is not used to track browsing.

You can reject analytics on the first prompt or change your choice at any time through Cookie settings in the footer. Withdrawing consent sends a denied consent signal, removes accessible Clarity cookies, and reloads the page without Clarity. Refusing or withdrawing consent does not limit website access or form use.

Microsoft provides Clarity and processes analytics data under its Privacy Statement.

5. Sharing Data

We do not sell, rent, or trade personal data, and we do not share analytics data with advertisers. We may disclose data only where needed for the purposes described in this policy, including to:

  • Service providers who help operate the website, store form submissions, process email, host infrastructure, or support business systems.
  • Microsoft, as the provider of Clarity, only when you consent to analytics.
  • Professional advisers, regulators, courts, or government authorities where required by law.
  • Successors or counterparties in connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, restructuring, or similar business transaction.

Some service providers may process data outside your country. Where cross-border transfer rules apply, we use providers subject to appropriate contractual or legal safeguards. Microsoft's privacy materials describe its processing locations and transfer safeguards.

6. Retention

We keep personal data only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purpose for which it was collected, unless a longer period is required by law, accounting rules, dispute handling, or legitimate business needs. Inquiry and assessment records are typically kept for up to 3 years unless an active customer, project, legal, or operational reason requires a different period.

Your browser-stored consent choice expires after six months, at which point we ask again. According to Microsoft's current Clarity retention documentation, session playback data is generally retained for 30 days, while click data, heatmaps, and labeled or favorited sessions may be retained for up to 9 months. Withdrawing consent stops new Clarity collection on subsequent page loads but does not automatically erase analytics lawfully collected before withdrawal.

7. Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards to protect personal data from unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, loss, or misuse. No internet transmission or storage system is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

8. Your Rights and Choices

Depending on applicable law, you may have the right to:

  • Request access to the personal data we hold about you.
  • Ask us to correct inaccurate or incomplete data.
  • Request deletion of personal data where applicable.
  • Withdraw consent at any time where processing is based on consent, without affecting processing that occurred before withdrawal.
  • Object to or restrict certain processing activities.
  • Complain to a relevant data protection authority.

To change analytics consent immediately, use . To exercise other rights, email contact@indrawater.com. We may need to verify your identity before acting on a request.

9. Third-Party Services

The website links to third-party services such as YouTube, LinkedIn, Facebook, X, Google Maps, and external forms. YouTube video players are loaded only when you choose to play a video, and we use YouTube's privacy-enhanced embed mode. Indra does not use video-view data for advertising, although YouTube may process the interaction under its own privacy terms and may show non-personalized content or advertising. Other third-party services may process data under their own terms once you choose to interact with or visit them.

10. Children

Our website and services are intended for business, institutional, and professional users. They are not directed to children under 18, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from children.

11. Updates

We may update this policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. We will not change Clarity to advertising or identity-linked use through an existing analytics choice. If we materially change the analytics purpose or data involved, we will update this notice and request a new choice where required.
